Are you a lawyer (abogado)?+
No. I'm a tax and property advisor with 20 years inside Spain's Tax Administration. For specifically legal work — drafting contracts, contentious matters, inheritance disputes — I work with abogados I trust and you'll know who, what, and how much before anything starts.
Where exactly do you operate?+
Costa Blanca primarily — Alicante province, Valencia province, and the north of Murcia (Mar Menor area). Remote intake means we cover any property in those regions without you flying in.
How much does the full closing service cost?+
€2,400 fixed fee for the standard end-to-end closing pack. Includes everything in the previous answer except notary fees and taxes (those are passed through at cost). Discovery call gives you the exact scope.
Can I just hire you for one piece, e.g. only the NIE?+
Yes. I unbundle. NIE alone, Modelo 210 alone, plusvalía alone, due-diligence-only — each has a fixed fee. The full pack is for buyers who want one accountable person from start to keys.
